CANARYPredictive Valve Integrity

Pre-order open — shipping March 2027

1,700 units available. First come, first served.

We have opened pre-orders on the first 3,500 units. Of those, 1,800 are already accounted for in the initial production run, leaving 1,700 available. Units are allocated strictly in the order deposits are received.

$799 per unit secures your allocation · total $2,946 per unit after both discounts

Allocation

Where the first 3,500 units are going

1,800Accounted for in the initial production run
1,700Available for pre-order now
3,500Total units opened for pre-order

First come, first served. Allocation is by deposit date, not by order size or by negotiation. When the 1,700 units are committed, pre-ordering closes and remaining demand moves to the second production run at the then-current price.

Terms

How the pre-order works

Tell us about your valves

Quantity, valve make and model, and the application. We check fit against the current hardware — supply current, spool lap and interface pin assignment — before you pay anything. If your valves fall outside what the unit supports we will tell you at this stage.

Pay the deposit to secure your allocation

$799 per unit, paid up front. This is what reserves your place in the production sequence and locks your pricing. Allocation runs strictly by deposit date, so the deposit is what holds the units — nothing before it does.

We send your pre-order agreement

Once the deposit is received we issue your pre-order agreement setting out unit quantity, the locked pricing, the delivery window, the deposit terms and the refund conditions. Read it carefully — it is the document that governs the order.

Production and invoicing

We keep you informed of production status against the March 2027 schedule, including if it moves. The balance is invoiced before despatch, with a further $250 per unit deducted at that point — so the balance actually due is $2,147 per unit rather than $2,397.

Despatch and commissioning support

Pre-order customers get direct engineering support through installation and the baseline-learning period, and early access to firmware updates as the field programme produces them.

The arithmetic

Two discounts, stacked

The 20% pre-order discount comes off the retail price up front. A further $250 per unit comes off at invoicing. Together they take $1,049 off every unit.

Before you commit

What you should know

The deposit comes before the agreement

Because allocation is strictly first come first served, the deposit is what holds your units. Your pre-order agreement — with the full terms, the delivery window and the refund conditions — follows once payment is received. If you would rather see the terms before paying, ask us and we will send a sample agreement first.

This is a pre-production order

First shipments are scheduled for March 2027. You are reserving units from a production run that has not yet been built, at a discount that reflects that. If you need a committed delivery date against a penalty, this is not the right time to buy and we would rather say so.

Performance figures come from a pilot

Our published detection and lead-time figures come from a 75-day pilot programme on a ten-valve fleet, documented in full on the pilot results page, including the failures the engine could not predict. Field data collection continues.

Check the fit first

The 5 A supply limit, the critically lapped spool assumption for leakage detection and the standard 12-pin interface are real constraints. Send a valve data sheet and we will confirm fit before you commit anything.

Reserve units

Secure your allocation

$799 per unit secures your place in the production sequence. Your pre-order agreement follows once the deposit is received, and a further $250 per unit comes off at invoicing.
